This ambitious project encompasses a diverse range of housing options, including single-family manufactured homes, townhouses, and garden-style apartments.
A key focus of this development is to make homeownership accessible to a wide range of families, particularly those with incomes at or below 120% of the Area Median Income (AMI). The community will feature exclusively affordable homes, ensuring that a variety of families can enjoy the benefits of homeownership.
Within the development, the townhomes will offer a mix of rental and affordable homeownership opportunities, promoting a vibrant and inclusive community. The apartment buildings will provide both regular and senior Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) rental units, catering to the diverse needs of the residents.
